Updates arrive through the normal WordPress update screen while your licence is active. You can see the changelog on each plugin’s page here, and WordPress will show the update as soon as it is released.

When a licence expires

Nothing is deleted and the plugin keeps working. You simply stop receiving updates and support until you renew. Renewing restores access to everything released in the meantime.

Refunds

Full refund within 14 days of purchase if the licence key has not been activated on any site. If the software is broken in a way we cannot fix, that condition does not apply. The refund policy has the detail.

Paid licences: email [email protected] from the address you purchased with, and include your WordPress and WooCommerce versions plus the exact error. Free tier: please post in the plugin’s WordPress.org support forum, where the answer helps the next person too.
