Six TillFoundry plugins are free to download and run in production — no account, no licence key, no time limit. Two paid add-ons extend them for the jobs that need more: Returns Desk Pro and NexusDesk Pro. Each is an annual licence that never renews itself.

The two paid add-ons
Each add-on plugs into a free plugin that keeps working on its own. The licence switches on the extra layer; nothing in the free plugin expires. The prices below are the store’s current list prices, read from the live product record, and they exclude VAT/tax.
Both are annual licences measured from the order date. There is no auto-renewal and nothing is charged automatically.

Both add-ons need their free plugin installed and active. A licence runs for a year from the order date; nothing renews or charges automatically. Prices exclude VAT/tax; the rate for your billing country is added at checkout. If a licence lapses, the paid capabilities switch off and your data is left untouched. Purchases are covered by the store’s refund policy.

Eight plugins are listed in the store: six are free to download, and two paid add-ons are on sale. The prices below are what the store returns right now; they exclude VAT/tax, which is added at checkout at the rate for your billing country.

Free downloads do not need an account. A paid add-on uses a licence key that arrives by email and is entered in the free plugin’s Licence tab. Each add-on’s own page lists what its tier includes.
Licensing, plainly
Is the free version a trial?
No. The free plugins do one job completely and run in production with no account and no key. NexusDesk’s single-state filing report, CSV export and print view are free and will stay free, and the free Returns Desk workflow keeps running on its own.
How long does a licence last?
A year from the order date. There is no auto-renewal and nothing is charged automatically; renewing means buying a new annual licence.
What happens if a licence lapses?
The add-on’s paid capabilities stop being enabled. Nothing is deleted: your order, return and tax data stay in your database, and the free plugin keeps working exactly as before.
How many sites does a licence cover?
Returns Desk Pro covers 1 site and Agency covers 5. NexusDesk Pro covers 3 site activations and Agency covers 10. The exact allowance is shown at checkout before you pay.
Do I need the free plugin as well?
Yes. Both paid add-ons extend a free plugin and do nothing on their own: Returns Desk Pro needs Returns Desk, and NexusDesk Pro needs NexusDesk. Each free plugin is a complete, useful download in its own right.
Do I need WooCommerce?
Not for all of them. Returns Desk, WebhookGuard and NexusDesk work on WooCommerce data, so WooCommerce is required for the job they do; each still activates without it and explains on its own screens what is missing rather than failing. Wishlist Bot Shield and All Product Reviews keep working without WooCommerce, and Scheduler Watchdog’s real dependency is Action Scheduler, which ships inside WooCommerce but also runs standalone.
Is there any telemetry?
No plugin telemetry. The free plugins run inside your WordPress install and do not phone home or collect analytics. A paid add-on contacts the licence server only to activate and validate a key and to check for its own updates. What this website itself records is described in the privacy policy.
Where is my data stored?
Your order, return and tax data stay on your own server; nothing is sent to us except the licence check. The free plugins need no key, so with no key entered there is no licence request at all.
Are the plugins GPL?
Yes. The free plugins are GPLv2 or later, like WordPress itself, and the paid add-ons are GPL as well, so you can install and modify them on the sites your licence covers. The paid licence governs the number of site activations, the updates and the support.
Do you offer refunds and support?
Purchases are covered by the store’s published refund policy. If an order gives you trouble, contact support and we will sort it out.
