Reviews sell. Shoppers read them, trust them, and buy. But WooCommerce shows them in exactly one place: the single product page. A visitor who lands on your homepage, a category page, an about page or a campaign landing page never sees the hundreds of reviews your customers took the time to write. The most persuasive thing your store owns is invisible at the moment it would have closed the sale.

Collecting them by hand does not scale. Quotes copied into a page go stale the moment the review is edited. A hand-built testimonial slider becomes a second copy of the truth that drifts out of date. The photos customers attached, which are the most convincing part, stay buried. And moderation means scrolling a flat comment list that cannot be filtered by product, rating or photo.

One review page, everywhere you need it

All WooCommerce Reviews collects every approved product review and renders it in one place. Add the [all_reviews] shortcode to any page, post or widget, or build the same thing visually with the three included blocks. Reviews imported from other systems, and photos stored by a compatible photo-review plugin, are picked up automatically because the plugin reads the reviews-images comment meta those tools use. The awr_review_images_meta_key filter points it at a different meta key if yours differs.

Six designs ship with it: a classic single-column list, a long-form journal, a dark photo-wall lookbook, a warm customer-stories page, an editorial stories page and a testimonials page. Every part of every design can be switched off or restyled per block, including colours, text size, spacing, corner radius, photo and avatar sizes, columns and masonry. Every value is sanitised, so a style value can never escape its declaration. Alongside the front end there is a moderation screen under WooCommerce, All Reviews: summary cards, filters for product, product ID, category, rating, status, verified owners and photos, bulk approve, spam, trash and restore actions, photo thumbnails, and CSV export of whatever the current filter shows, up to 20,000 rows in one download.

The free tier is not a demo. The whole plugin is free: every design, every block, every filter, the photo lightbox and the full moderation and CSV export screen, with no time limit and no feature that switches off later. How it works

1. Install and activate. Nothing has to be configured before it works. A page called Customer Reviews containing the shortcode is created on activation, and you can turn that off with the awr_create_reviews_page_on_activate filter.

2. Choose a design. Open WooCommerce, Review Page and pick one of the six designs, with the number of columns, the accent colour, the pagination style and the parts you want shown. Those settings are the site-wide defaults.

3. Place it. Put the [all_reviews] shortcode on any page, or add the Customer Reviews block and override the design, filters and styling for that placement alone.

4. Moderate and export. Use WooCommerce, All Reviews to filter by product, category, rating, status, verified owners or photos, act in bulk, and export the current selection to CSV.

5. Keep it updated. On a paid licence the plugin’s updater installs new versions from your dashboard. Without one, the version you have keeps working.

Requirements

• WordPress 5.8 or higher.
• PHP 7.4 or higher.
• WooCommerce 5.0 or higher. The plugin reads product reviews, which are WooCommerce comments.
• If WooCommerce is not active, the plugin stays inert on the front end and shows an administrator notice, and its admin screen sits under Comments instead of WooCommerce.
• HPOS: compatible. The plugin reads reviews only and never order storage, and it declares compatibility with WooCommerce’s custom order tables.

Frequently asked questions

Does it work with HPOS?

Yes. The plugin reads product reviews, which are WordPress comments, and never touches order storage, so its behaviour is identical with or without high-performance order storage. It declares compatibility, so it appears as compatible under WooCommerce, Status, Compatibility.

What happens when my licence expires?

The plugin keeps running on the version you have. You lose updates and priority support, not the software, and no front-end or admin feature is switched off, because none of them are gated behind the licence. Renewing restores updates and support.

Does the free version stop working?

No. The free tier has no time limit and needs no licence key. It is the complete plugin: all six designs, the blocks, the filters, the photo lightbox and the full moderation and CSV export screen stay free.

Can I use it on client sites?

Yes. A Pro licence covers up to 3 site activations and an Agency licence up to 25. Each site runs independently with its own settings. To move a licence, deactivate it on the old site to release the activation slot, then activate it on the new one.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes. There is a 14-day refund if the licence key has never been activated on any site, including a staging or development site, with no justification required. If the plugin is broken in a way we cannot fix, we refund regardless of the 14-day window or how many sites were activated. Contact [email protected].

Where is my data stored?

Your reviews, ratings and photos stay in your own WordPress database. The plugin sends no analytics, telemetry or advertising anywhere. If you enter a licence key it contacts the TillFoundry licence server to activate and validate that key; the privacy note below lists exactly what is sent and why.

About the licence

Pro and Agency are annual licences, priced per year, with no per-seat charges, no usage metering and no revenue share. A Pro licence covers up to 3 site activations and an Agency licence up to 25. A licence includes plugin updates and priority email support for its term, with replies within two business days from the address you purchased with. Updates are delivered through the plugin’s updater from tillfoundry.com. Nothing about the software requires a subscription to keep working: if a licence lapses, the plugin continues to run on the installed version. Your licence key is in the order-completed email and on your account page.
